Full Moon Horoscope in Sagittarius: May 21 – July 4

The last time the New Moon was in Gemini was on May 17, 2015. During that tie, you began to leave behind those things that gave you a false sense of mental security. Now you realize that after so much research, studying, and getting knowledge from the outside world, what really matters is the knowledge that comes from within. You’ll learn that “truth” is relative and individual and now you not only formulate your own truth, but you experience it. There is a lesson of authenticity, to be true to your truth. For that to happen, a time of solitude for reflection is important so you don’t contaminate your thought with someone else’s, to not confuse your inner voice with someone else’s. In the end, you make your own decisions and suffer or enjoy the consequences. Sometimes, these decisions are difficult because, in order to build your own truth, you must discard the one that is not working for you anymore. Remember that the last New Moon in Taurus, which happened two weeks ago, made you reevaluate your values, those things that are important and non-negotiable for you. And in order to create tangible results with new values means that your old belief system prevents you from growing, which results in modifying or changing it completely to adjust to your new reality. Today’s Full Moon in Sagittarius, which its effects last until the next Full Moon in Cancer on July 4, support you on developing your self-confidence along with other planetary aspects, such as Saturn Retrograde in Sagittarius — to define your limits and your truth — and Mars Retrograde in Sagittarius, and later in Scorpio until May 27 — to avoid reacting because of fear of seeing your truth destroyed. The second Full Moon in Sagittarius will be on June 19, so these same lessons will be worked on for a longer period of time. Take advantage of this opportunity because it is very important.

Now you practice your new rules, your new philosophy of life, the one that lets you expand and grow. For that to happen, you need to be centered in your convictions, understand your life mission and purpose, and know your place in the world. That requires a sense of freedom, which will make you feel attracted to traveling, other cultures, other philosophies, study deeply a subject of interest related to the “truth” — whether it’s sciences, philosophy, politics, or religion — or go deeper in your intuition and spirituality. This new system is not imposed by others — your family, your culture, your community, your education or social conditioning — but comes from all the personal knowledge obtained through experience. The more you learn, the better informed are your decisions to adjust to your present needs and reality.

Remember that not even this is forever, that it needs to bee adjusted while you and your life change. It’s also important to remember and highlight the respect others’ path towards their own truth. The exchange of ideas is always welcome with the purpose of learning, never to impose your ideas on others, or for the righteousness of feeding the ego because “i know and you don’t”. This corrupts the other’s free will, creates separation, and can even induce violence. There is no such thing as absolute truth. This new sense of security will give you the optimism, self-confidence, and motivation to work on those postponed plans and projects because now your convictions are planted on firm ground.

Look for your zodiac sign to see which aspect of your life needs to expand, find its truth, and a sense of spontaneity and adventure until July 4:

New Moon in Taurus Horoscope: May 6 – 20

The New Moon always invites to let go of those things that limit you. It also invites to plant the seed of a new cycle. Like all seeds, this one has the potential of a result. Maybe a tree comes out of it, a plant, many fruits, but maybe nothing happens. To achieve what you want, you’ll have to work hard for it and provide the seed with what it needs to germinate. This lunation provides an opportunity of introspection to be sure of what you want and what you need. What do you need to love yourself more, to be self-sufficient, to feel stable and safe? This is a time to do those things that give you a sense of safety and stability, to realize how valuable you are and where your personal treasures reside. It is important to identify how are you of value for others, for a business, or a project. What do you bring to the table, what can you offer, how can you maintain it or improve it? What is important for you? Which and where are your boundaries? What are you willing to negotiate and what not? This are the questions you need to make to be sure of the chosen path, the relationships you should nurture, and the projects you’ll focus on.

Mercury Retrograde in Taurus and the Sun in Taurus support this introspection and prevent certain matters to be rushed so they are properly revised until the answers and decisions made provide a sense of certainty. Taurus likes to move slowly, but firmly. What’s important is to maintain what has been already achieved, to not lose what has been conquered. Remember always what you have, not what you lack. How? Being grateful. Gratitude makes you conscious of what you have. It’s a quality of inner stability.

Look for your sign to know which aspect of your life needs to be nurtured, maintained, and valued until May 20: Continue reading

Full Moon in Scorpio: Horoscope for April 22 – May 6

The last time there was a New Moon in Taurus was on May 17, 2015. During that time, you began to leave behind those things that made you feel comfortable and fulfilled your needs but was not taking the other into account. And since Taurus is a fixed sign — better known as stubborn — and an Earth sign, it is more difficult to let go and change. Just as the Sabian Symbol describes at the end of this post, this is a moment to live and work in community for the common good. That’s what this Full Moon in Scorpio is about and its effects last until the next Full Moon in Taurus, on May 6. With this Full Moon you realize that in order to overcome obstacles and conquer that obscure territory in front of you, you must join forces with others that have the same goal and motivations as you do. This are alliances of power, complementary relationships — one has what the other lacks — and create a powerful mechanism which is difficult to destroy. It’s crucial that you know what resources do you have and how you are of value. The same goes for the other. That way, both can unite to complete a whole that helps both to achieve a goal. These alliances can be of two or more people, of course, but they are successful only if each one knows where they shine and where they need help, when they know their strengths and weaknesses. This is an act of vulnerability and it can be scary, but it’s necessary.

This Full Moon shows which are your fears, your inner demons, your mechanisms of self-deceit. It’s a painful process because something in you must die and transform in order to be reborn: a situation, a relationship, a behavior patter, a belief. That which must die gives you a false sense of security and certainty. Now you have grown enough to shed your skin and let go that which has already served its purpose. If you don’t let it go, it becomes a burden. This is something hidden, it’s not obvious and it hides where the true power resides. Don’t be surprised to see during these days the true power struggles and power games be revealed into the public eye.

Look for your Sun sign and Ascendant sign to see which aspect of your life needs to die, transform, and be reborn until May 6: Continue reading

New Moon Horoscope: April 7-22, 2016

The New Moon, the total darkness of the night, represents all the potential of the planted seed. This is the moment to initiate new intentions and new plans. Slowly but surely it will grow. Now you’ll begin to break free those aspects of your life that came out of a difficult alliance or relationship during the last Full Moon in Libra, which was also a lunar eclipse. That moment of crisis in your relationships helped to balance the relationship you have with yourself. Now it’s time to rediscover yourself, explore new things, and rediscover your identity. Everything you begin now will reveal its results in the next Full Moon in Aries, on October 15, 2016. Tarot Horoscope: June 2015

Rider-Waite Tarot. Arcana XVI: The Tower

THE TOWER

June comes full of both pleasant and unpleasant surprises. The sudden changes of the month have the purpose of knocking down any false illusion of stability you’re attached to: a job, a relationship, your social status. If your sense of identity and self-value depend on it, the rug will be pulled from under your feet. The idea is that you should not be defined by what you have but for what you are. This is the chance to be yourself, so anything that is not you must go. If you don’t initiate the change, the circumstances will do it for you. It’ll be quick, unexpected. Probably it’ll leave you breathless, but it’ll serve as an awakening, a moment to finally see things clearly. You may want to renovate something: repair the car, restore your home, refurbish an idea or project. You’ll want to do it with yourself: start a new diet and exercise regime, end empty relationships, or leave behind unsatisfying behavior patterns. You may want to do anything that aligns with your true nature or takes you closer to it. Anything for authenticity. Continue reading

Tarot Horoscope: March 2015

THE HIEROPHANT

The fifth arcana announces learning and teaching experiences that require us to trust our faith. During March, we’ll face challenges, specially unresolved family issues, in order to push us towards change. To become more ourselves, we must change our beliefs, identity or lifestyle to support our authenticity. We might want to let go of relationships, things or situations that bring us fear, deceit, worry, and feelings of defeat. Whatever does not support our growth must be left behind. This will give way to a process of initiation to expand our consciousness, renovate, and regenerate.

March will be very important to give tangible shape to our plans, dreams, and desires. Some may want to expand their education — going back to school or college, starting a new training or consulting, becoming an apprentice or mentor, student or teacher. This has the purpose of acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to materialize in the outer world an idea or desire of our inner world. Creative projects, new businesses, and managerial jobs are favored this month. Any effort to be productive and bring stability to our lives will bear fruit. The keyword of the month is: commitment. Commitments are successful when mind, heart, and action are aligned and focused on an intention. When this does not occur, when one or all the parts are not willing to fully participate, the commitment breaks.

In March we must commit to trust our leadership, intuition, and child-like curiosity. Let’s listen to our inner voice and go into the spiritual world with practical feet in our daily lives. We must find the sacred within us and within others. Let’s behave with integrity, honesty, and transparency. Continue reading

2015 Forecast

THE HANGED MAN

You have the chance in 2015 to break any behavioral pattern that destroys, limits, or enslaves you. You will identify which things, situations, or relationships prevent your progress and growth and you’ll take action. To be free, it is necessary to be humble, take off the mask of ego, and take a good look at the mirror. You must detach emotionally from yourself and take an objective look at everything around you. Having a different perspective will let you see clearly what is it that needs to change. You must take responsibility for your actions, since these situations have been created and allowed by yourself. Leaving behind old wounds is part of the process and most of the time you’ll be able to come to closure through forgiveness. Probably, unresolved situations or relationships from the past come back to show you those old patterns that need to be eliminated. Faith grows. You’ll have a new vision and idea about your life’s new direction. Any innovative, revolutionary and avant-garde idea has now the chance to take off. It’s time to do what you always wanted but never dared to. The approval of others is not so much of your interest anymore, but your self-approval is. Things move slowly but steady if you’re conscious about the transformational process you’re in. You must be willing to make some sacrifices. Be patient. These experiences happen to be more compassionate and accepting with yourself and others. If you do your part, you’ll be able to access the love and wisdom that lie within and express them freely. Acknowledge your priorities and commitments so you can act with integrity and honesty. It is then when you discover your light and share it with the world. Continue reading

Tarot Horoscope: December 2014

THE HERMIT

During the holidays, The Hermit makes an appropriate calling to introspection and reflection. The last month of the year will be full of social events. Nonetheless, we must make some time for solitude to connect with our inner light. We will discover our own truth and it will become the lamp that lights up the path to be followed, paved with the acquired knowledge. Our past experiences, specially the difficult ones, now become the stepping stones to reach the peak of our lives. The Hermit is not afraid to walk into an uncertain journey. He knows there is no such thing as certainty, thus he relies on the strength of his spirit. We must cultivate our humility, knowing that we can stand out with our own shine. Along the way, we will be letting go of our attachments, the need to feed our ego, of anything that doesn’t make up our essence. Recognition, possessions, success, and others’ approval become irrelevant, unless it comes from ourselves. Use this month to serve others. It’s through service that we recognize ourselves as divine tools. By the end of December, we will not be making a list of resolutions for the new year, but we’ll be designing a plan to materialize those old resolutions that have been postponed year after year. The priority is to bring to conclusion those unresolved issues in our lives. Continue reading
